- Log in and start. Sign in, then choose "Birth" to begin a new application to your area's registrar.
- Fill the details slowly. Enter the child's name and details, the parents' details, and the exact place and date of birth.Check spellings carefully — a wrong spelling means the certificate must be redone.
- Add the papers (upload). "Upload" means sending a photo of a paper. Attach the hospital/birth proof and a parent's ID.
- Send it and save the number. Submit to your local body (municipality/gram panchayat). You get an application number — write it down.
- Check and collect. Track the status with that number; once approved, download or collect the certificate.A birth is registered where it happened; for an old birth, contact that local registrar directly.
