- Book your appointment. Choose a date and time slot at the SRO for the area where the property is located.
- Go and sign. On the day, the buyer, seller and two witnesses go together with original documents, ID proofs and photos. Thumb impressions and photos are taken there.
- Collect the registered document. After registration you get the registered deed / can download the index copy.Property has big legal and tax effects — it is wise to have a lawyer check everything.
