- To pay a bill. Click "Pay Bill" and enter your 12-digit Consumer Number (printed on any old bill). Pay by UPI/card/net-banking and save the receipt.
- For a new connection. Choose "New Connection" (online / Go-Green) and register with your mobile.
- Fill the application. Enter the address, how much load you need, and the type — domestic (home) or commercial (shop/business).
- Add papers and pay. Upload an ID proof, an address/ownership proof and a photo, then pay the small processing fee. Note the application number.
- What happens next. An officer inspects the site; after you pay the connection charges, the meter is installed.Keep your Consumer Number handy — it is needed for almost everything.
