How to apply for Voter ID (EPIC) in Maharashtra online

- Open the voter website. Go to voters.eci.gov.in and sign up / log in with your mobile.
- Pick the right form. For a brand-new voter, choose "New registration" (Form 6). To fix a mistake on an existing card, use Form 8.
- Fill your details. Enter your details and your constituency, and upload a photo, an age proof and an address proof.
- Submit and note the ID. You get a reference ID — write it down.
- What happens next. A local officer (BLO) may visit to verify. Track the status with your reference ID.You must be 18 or older and register where you actually live.
- Download your e-EPIC. Once approved, download your digital voter card (e-EPIC) from the same website.
